Best Cocktail Bars in Canóvanas

We ended our vacay in Puerto Rico with a delicious meal. Recommend dumplings, octopus, and entrees duck w fry rice. Great service by Jackie

El Chico Cabaret in Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is an amazing place where you can combine great eating and drinking with fantastic music (tropical, rock, modern and others), and a most secure ambiance where people can listen, dance, make friends and spend a lovely and unforgettable night! Attendants are very kind and pleasant, ensuring you enjoy the orders. There’s Ivan the DJ who knows what the audience wants and mixes music of all kinds while the bands take a break! It’s all because Fabio, the manager, is extremely detailed, making sure everything works as planned and required. Go there ASAP!

The restaurant was amazing. The food was great. Especially the appetizers. We had ceviche and foie gras. The foie gras was the best we ever had. We sat at the bar and the service was excellent even though the restaurant was very busy. The host was a little arrogant. We arrived early and he said they were booked except for the large tables and he wouldn’t seat two at a table for 4. Our reservation was for the bar, which was empty, so I asked why we couldn’t sit there. He responded, yes, any seat at the bar is fine. We sat at the end and ordered drinks. The host came over and rudely said we had to move because a regular customer was coming and she liked these seats. We didn’t mind moving but didn’t like his rude attitude.

Nice experience. Drinks are on the pricier side.

Delicious food & cocktails, service was friendly & very attentive. Cocktails came out fast. Would highly recommend!
