Best Caribbean Restaurants in Puerto Nuevo Norte

Mario Pagan is simply the best restaurant in Puerto Rico. The menu is flawless and the service is best in class. Rafael is an excellent server.

The food was excellent—fresh ingredients, great flavors, and well-prepared dishes. However, the cocktails were a letdown, missing the expected depth of flavor. If you’re here for the food, you won’t be disappointed, but maybe stick to wine or other drinks.

This gem of a spot provides a warm and welcoming ambiance that immediately makes you feel at home. The service was lovely, with staff exuding genuine hospitality. However, the food undoubtedly stole the show. Each dish was exceptionally well-seasoned and bursting with flavor. Hands down, the best breakfast I’ve enjoyed during my visit to Puerto Rico. Highly recommended!
