- TTommyVIPNew York City •35 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAnother magical dining experience at Le Rivage! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted like family by the lovely hostess, Giselle, and seated right away. Our server, Jeremie, was not only hilarious but also incredibly accommodating, making the evening even more enjoyable. I started with their traditional French onion soup—it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had, rich and perfectly balanced. Then came my all-time favorite dish: the Duck! Cooked to absolute perfection and flambéed tableside with Grand Marnier, it was a true showstopper. I might be imagining it, but the portion seemed even more generous this time—AMAZING! To cap it all off, I stayed classic with the crème brûlée, a flawless finish to an unforgettable meal. Le Rivage never fails to deliver a truly extraordinary experience. Can’t wait to return!More infoLe RivagePrice: Expensive• French• Theater District•4.8

- JJohnNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Amazing food and excellent service. The truffle fries were outstanding! Worth the upgrade fee. Trying to get my husband to have better steaks cooked less than medium well or well done but he wasn’t happy with his steak so asked for it medium well which they gladly cooked more for him. My ribeye was cooked exactly how I asked. I was picky and asked if they could try tog et some crust on my ribeye and they got some on it and it was exactly between medium rare and medium which was perfect. The hollandaise was clearly made to order or at least made quite recently and was flawlessly made. My only slight complaint was the music was too trance for my liking especially while eating a heavy dinner that makes you sleepy anyway. It’s a solid mile plus walk from Times Square but worth it. We could have took uber but being Christmas Day the traffic was insane and prices were outrageous. $50 from Times Square, no thanks. The walk took us 21 minutes. Tried to take the bus back but the buses were stuck in Times Square gridlock. We’ll be back. The owner was there and literally checked on every single table himself. Who still does that? If you don’t check this place out and you love steak than you’re an I—-t.More infoKings of Kobe - Wagyu Kitchen & BarPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Midtown West•4.2
