Despite the chilly 27-degree weather in Northern Virginia, the cozy, warm ambiance inside the restaurant made for a perfect refuge. The service was exceptional, with our cheery server striking the ideal balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our meal. Their helpful demeanor added a special touch to our morning. We opted for the breakfast buffet, which is our favorite and never fails to impress. I indulged in my all-time favorite pancakes paired with a comforting cup of spirit hot tea while my fiancé enjoyed a refreshing red grapefruit, fluffy scrambled eggs, and crispy home-fried potatoes.     The food was very good! We ordered a good number of the appetizers for the table. The burnt end empanadas and lemon-garlic wings were to die for! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their entrees. The shrimp & grits were a hit, the brisket hash and the chicken & waffles too! Definitely recommend
