- PPhilipNew York City •59 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoExcellent place to experience the rodizio style of dining from southern Brazil. The ambience and decor are similar to high-end steakhouse chains. Steaks were plenty for and there is a fabulous salad and soup bar. The price we saw an advertisement was not available when we got there.More infoFogo de Chao - Wayne, NJPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Little Falls•4.2

- JJOEvipNew York City •9 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoIf you are a foodie who thrives for savory cuts of meat and wants to experience excellent customer service, this is the place to be. My wife and I went to Churrascaria Plataforma recently, and we enjoyed every second of the experience. From the variety of meats to the delicious choices at the salad bar, my wife and I definitely left full and satisfied. Another memorable moment was the attention of the staff. Leo, Edmundo and other staff members were very attentive and checked in with us every so often. Overall, my wife and I had a great time, and we will definitely be returning back soon.More infoChurrascaria Plataforma Brazilian SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Brazilian Steakhouse• Hell's Kitchen•4.4
- DDerickNew York City •3 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoDear Fogo de Chão Management I am writing to express my disappointment with an issue we encountered during our dinner last night at your Paramus location. While the dining experience itself was enjoyable, an incident towards the end of the evening left a lasting negative impression. When it came time to pay the bill, my credit card was misplaced by the staff. For approximately 30 minutes, the staff searched for my card. During this time, neither my wife nor I received any updates or acknowledgment of the situation. Eventually, our waiter returned with my card and the bill, but the handling of the situation was far from satisfactory. The manager did briefly come by to apologize for the inconvenience, but no meaningful attempt was made to address the frustration or inconvenience caused by this situation. I believe that during such a prolonged and stressful incident, proactive communication and a genuine effort to make amends—such as a timely update or even a courtesy gesture like a discount on the bill—would have demonstrated better customer service. We expected a higher standard of care and professionalism. While mistakes happen, how they are handled reflects your commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider reviewing your procedures to better address situations like this in the future. I look forward to hearing how this can be improved to ensure a positive experience for your guests moving forward. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely, Derick Causing Edit: 11/24/2024 initially gave one star for the experience given the incident however please see below in response to my grievances. Manager Dante called me the following day to apologize for the night before. He rectified the issue by giving my wife and I complimentary dinner coupons at a time of our choosing. While I understand problems do happen I appreciate the gesture by manager Dante. Will be dining with Fogo De Chao.More infoFogo de Chão - Paramus, NJPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Rochelle Park•4.3
- OTOpenTable DinerNew York City •15 reviews4.0Dined on Oct 12, 2024Case Nova was a wonderful dining experience. The staff was very attentive my I dropped my fork on the floor and they immediately replaced it without even asking. The food was well prepared and delicious. My kids got their fill (and then some) of the rodizio and it did not disappoint. They brought out the “good stuff” first and it only got better for us and the night progressed. The sangria is dangerously delicious - highly recommend. We will be returning to enjoy another meal soon. Thank you!More infoCasa Nova Grill (Brazilian Rodízio)Price: Expensive• Brazilian Steakhouse• Newark•4
