Food off the menu was excellent and filling! Prime rib special was tasty but small. It may be common but paying extra for a salad as a second side irritates us. Though the side salad IS large and very good! So it is worth $6, just wish even a smaller version came with the meal instead. I didn’t notice if it was listed in the menu or posted somewhere but there’s an admin fee for all orders (2.88%) but no additional fee for credit card.

Service was excellent! Good service goes a long way. Restaurant is small. Music can be very loud and you cannot hear each other at your table. Food was good. Beware. There is a $7 additional charge if you are there while they have live music.

I took my husband to Sugar Factory for his birthday. It was both of our first time there. Our server recommended the ribeye steak that is not on the menu, but it did not disappoint! It was the largest ribeye I have ever eaten. The drinks were potent. And the birthday dessert had the best ice cream that I’ve have tasted in a very long time. I jokingly call my husband a ‘food snob’ because he is very critical about all restaurant food. He was extremely happy with everything that we were served. The staff even did the Soak City dance for a large party. We had a great time. Thank you Sugar Factory for a wonderful evening.
