Best Bars And Lounges in Denver

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years. I hold most if not all of my business meetings here when I travel to Denver but breakfast is always the best.

Karen was absolutely the best! We loved her as she was so fun & personable and she gave us great service. Nordstroms is lucky to have her as this is rare these days. Had the chicken pot pie soup which was AMAZING! I just got a cup but wishing I got a bowl. Had the Cobb salad which was great as well. All the salads are always fantastic there.

Made reservation at Halo for dinner and music, shortly after arrival at our table we debunked to main level restaurant for better food choices. Food typical traveler hotel fare. We returned upstairs for a table for drinks and music.. Music was background guitarist with female vocalist, pleasant.. tables are close so ease dropping nosy busybodies sat and openly listened to our conversation.. we had to stare them down and say “can we help you as unlikely as that would appear?? “classless uncouth behavior though no reflection on the establishment. Very young professional clientele, beautiful venue.

Dora our server was fantastic. The squash soup is a new favorite! 🤩

Thanksgiving buffet was tasty, varied and calm. Brussels sprouts were perfect. Salad was fresh and crisp. Salmon was moist, flavorful and, well, I want to come back just for that. Partner had some turkey and prime rib, both enjoyed. Desserts were abundant and the lemon macrons almost made me religious. Service was good, never an empty glass. A very we are in a hotel on Thanksgiving, let’s be family for the day vibe. However, all adverts and signs mentioned traditional stuffing, which we never found. (Ok, I make a tray as leftovers anyway). I booked here because they were advertising traditional stuffing, rather than sausage. The misses on the food were the potatoes that had some cheese (try going for mac n cheese next year), cold bread, and the aforementioned missing stuffing. A warning, signs in the lot say parking is $10, but the app changes $11.50. Over all, I’d return.
