Lovely atmosphere and cocktails! 5 plates was enough for 4 people to have a bit of everything and feel satisfied. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stop by again.

Even though My Husband had to send his filet back because it was cooked medium well instead of medium rare as ordered, I will still give this restaurant 5 stars. The way our waiter Sean and the owner of the restaurant handled this mistake was impressive. The ambiance is sophisticated and beautiful A perfect choice before the Michael Jackson one show. I ordered the plant based roasted cauliflower which was perfect. One corrected, Husbands Filet was melt in your mouth. We are still talking about the peanut butter lava cake. A lovely evening. We will be back.

AMAZING DINNER! Went for a fun night out in Vegas and did not disappoint. Energy is great as a DJ plays mashups of popular songs. Yes I sang along Food was great as expected but the real star is the service. Tara was our server and I must say, she made the experience. Tara was an amazing person as well as employee. I thank her for making an already great dinner even better. Well done STK.

My wife and I were there to visit, she had never been to Las Vegas. I wanted her to see the Strip at night and have a special dining experience. WOW the view, the service and the meal were the highlight of the week. Start with seating. Please make sure to reserve a window table. The service was just perfect. Our waiter and his staff were attentive, helpful and engaging. The dishes served were first class. Please order the soufflé for dessert. If you have an occasion to celebrate or want one of the better dining moments that you will have in quite a while. I recommend the Eiffel Tower restaurant in Las Vegas.

A truly fabulous dining experience. The restaurant is gorgeous, staff was welcoming and friendly. Our server toured the menu gave fantastic recommendations. The support staff did an amazing job making all guests fell like vip's. Highly recommended!
