We had a bottle of wine that was on the spoiled side (which does happen), manager came with his apologies and took it off the bill. I hate when that happens and feel bad sending the bottle back. But they were gracious about this and we ordered cocktails instead. I definitely recommend Wild Ginger.More infoWild Ginger Downtown SeattlePrice: Expensive• Asian• Downtown•4.6

Blessed to have dinner with the kids tonight, and wow, this gem in Chinatown is exactly what we needed. The food? Unreal. The vibes? Warm and inviting. The memories? Priceless. Here’s what we tried (and loved): ⭐ SINIGANG WINGS Think crispy, tangy, sweet, and a little sticky—all in one bite. That tamarind seasoning and hot honey glaze combo is a winner. Definitely a must-order! ⭐ LUCKY ME! CHILIMANSI! Childhood nostalgia, but elevated. Wheat noodles coated in chili crisp and calamansi, with just the right balance of sweet and tangy. Bonus points for the fresh veggies. ⭐ BULALO This beef broth is pure comfort in a bowl. Rich and full of collagen, the tender beef shank and marrow pair perfectly with corn, potatoes, and charred cabbage. You’ll want to sip on every drop. ⭐ OINK OINK Adobo reimagined—creamy, spicy, and totally unexpected with that coconut-habanero twist. The pork melts in your mouth, and the baby potatoes soak up all that rich, tangy goodness. This place doesn’t just serve food—it serves kilig in every dish. Can’t wait to come back and keep building memories here!More infoKilig SeattlePrice: Expensive• Filipino• International District•4.6

Following a subpar dining / service experience the night before at a different Seattle restaurant, we were looking to end the trip on a high note. This place did not disappoint!! Truly great service, food, and drink! After a lingering dinner, headed to their speakeasy style bar next door for a nightcap. Highly recommend this spot!!More infoStateside - SeattlePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Capitol Hill / First Hill•4.9
