As someone who has lived in Nashville my whole life, Choy is one of the best additions to the city! The food was excellent. We had a variety of small plates and the beef entree (the Bok Choy was phenomenal). The service was great, all of the hosts and wait staff were knowledgeable and took great care of us. Great ambiance and aesthetic inside and whoever was on aux the night we went knew what to play. 10/10!!

A dinner well worth booking as soon as you can (even if that is a month out)! We’ve been waiting for Kase to open since it was first mentioned to us when dining at their sister restaurant Noko. Everything from the moment you step into the entry bar is cozy and inviting. Arriving slightly early so you can enjoy a drink before the seating is a must! The mocktails rival any of their cocktails, so there’s something for everyone. The dining room is intimate and just 14 seats, but the noise level never got to a point that the small space did a disservice to the experience. You get an upfront seat to the chefs and they breakdown each piece as they plate it in front of you. Our personal favorites were course 1- hamachi and the middle courses serving 3 different cuts of tuna. We were celebrating a birthday and this is very much a perfect option for special occasions. The value is unmatched for Nashville without compromising on quality or creativity. As others have said before the playlist is indeed on point! Congratulations to the Kase x Noko team on a second 10/10 restaurant!

We were super excited to get a reservation at Noko because our friends (who are serious foodies and excellent home chefs) recommended Noko as their favorite restaurant. Noko did not disappoint! The welcome as we entered was warm and generous, they took my coat and hung it for me. : ) we had a small table in the dining room that was reserved, but opted to sit at the bar! It was fantastic! Our bartender Jena was super knowledgeable and so kind. She had many diners at the bar and took great care to engage with everyone. We started with sake and beer, a very interesting sake selection, and had spicy tuna crispy rice & hamachi crudo to start both so flavorful and delicious, then moved on with burnt ends with lettuce both of us LOVED this dish and really enjoyed the delicate crab fried rice! We had the Caesar salad which we shared but could have had my own it was so tasty! Our meal was so delightful we didn’t save room for dessert! We might try to go back tonight for dessert to try the coconut cake with wood fired pineapple or the brookie with Chocolate brownie, black sesame cookie, miso caramel, vanilla gelato! Our only missed opportunity due to dining so late is we missed the dumplings!! No doubt they are as fantastic as all the dishes we tried! Make a reservation ASAP, the food, drinks and staff are⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Might I add that we went to a distillery recommended by Jenna and ran into another couple that was seated at the bar too!! Great recommendation, thank you Jenna! You nailed it!

Great service and free parking in Nashville is a big win. Also Midtown location, a plus for local residents. Dumpling appetiser was delicious. I had an Alsace wine and my friend had a Moscow mule, both great. Sushi was presented beautifully and delicious. Will be going back.
