    A wonderful treat for a special occasion. We spent our 28th Valentine's Day together, dining on peking duck, carved table side, and a succulent branzino.     Otto’s is one of our favorite restaurants near our home and for good reasons. The food is superb and the drinks are excellent. The atmosphere is a hip vibe with an unusual elegance. Service is always wonderful, well trained and personable. Last night they had a jazz band that elevated the ambiance to a high level. We will continue to return again and again.
