The cool on the sea bass was amazing, it melted like butter and the veg complimented it well. The plum sake was a favorite of the alcohol, and the sunrise was the favorite of the mock-tails, best served with a splash of sparkling water. The teriyaki trio was good but very watery at the bottom of the dish. The manager and Chef Mighty both said it was from the broccoli not being drained before placing on top. Chef made us a new meal. Our server was fantastic, and truly catered to every detail. I am a big sushi person, and I can whole heartedly say, that this sushi was top notch. Fresh fish, quality ingredients. Creative rolls included a smoked salmon with apple, as well as many specialty rolls that were delicious. Thank you for a great evening!
