We were there at 5:00 before a 7:00 game. We were hard pressed to get out in time. It was very busy so the food delivery and services were longer. The food was excellent. I would suggest leaving more time to get to a game on a busy night. Maybe 4:45.

Review for The George at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel If opulence had a taste, it would be found at The George at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel. This is not just a dining experience — it is a masterpiece of sensory immersion. From the moment you step inside, you are enveloped by an atmosphere of grandeur and elegance that feels both regal and intimate. The architecture alone is worthy of reverence, with soaring ceilings, intricate details, and an undeniable sense of luxury woven into every inch of the space. But the true magic lies in the dining experience itself. Every dish is a revelation. The flavors are not merely balanced — they are orchestrated. Each bite feels like a journey, with layers of taste unfolding on the palate in ways that linger long after the plate is empty. The attention to detail is astonishing — from the presentation of each dish to the thoughtful selection of ingredients that feel both classic and innovative. Even the seating feels intentional. Plush, inviting, and perfectly arranged to create a sense of intimacy while still allowing you to drink in the beauty of the surroundings. It’s clear that nothing at The George is accidental. Everything serves the experience. This was more than a date night — it was an encounter with beauty, artistry, and indulgence in its highest form. Five stars do not feel like enough. If you’re looking for a space where luxury meets warmth, and refinement meets wonder, The George is not to be missed.

Amazing food! Everything we ordered was delicious. One of the big surprises was the massaged collard greens salad. My husband really ordered it for me because I love Kale and strong greens like collards. We both gobbled it up it was that good. The ho cakes; so yummy and light. Mac and cheese; not overly heavy, cheesy goodness on a cold blustery night. The Adobo chicken was incredible, perfectly cooked and the flavors were unforgettable. We will be back for more food to try on the menu!
