- JJonathanPhiladelphia County •2 reviews5.0Dined todayI have been here a few times for lunch. Once again, it was great. My party was 2 people and we sat in a booth with a window on Market Street. The service was great.!! We ordered 4 apps and three entrees. The apps delivered first and the main meals about 30 min later which was perfect time to eat and catch up with my friend. The food was all served hot and tasted great. Overall, a great visit. Thank you, Continental Midtown!!!!More infoContinental MidtownPrice: Moderate• American• Center City•4.7
- CGChrisGChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined todayKiller meal! Heavy on the seafood influence which I was very happy with. Sat at the Chef's Counter. Also ordered 1 of all the a la carte plates because we wanted to try everything. A great through line that tells the story of local sourcing. They don't hammer you over the head with didactic descriptions - they let the food do the talking and buttress their pristine ingredients with delicious accompaniments that enhance the flavors of the main event without overpowering them. Nuanced cooking with kind & gracious service. Doesn't get better.More infoRiver TwicePrice: Very Expensive• American• South Philly•4.8
- LlisaPhiladelphia County •18 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoBest guacamole I’ve ever had. I could seriously just sit at the bar and order the different guacamoles. Also, the black bean enchilada is good if you like a little spice in your foodMore infoEl VezPrice: Moderate• Mexican / Southwestern• Center City•4.7
- BBebeVIPPhiladelphia County •31 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoHad a delicious brunch at the Love-excellent service, interesting menu, large portions. I would give it 5 stars but the potatoes served with the eggs were useless-too salty, no other seasoning-just unembellished potatoes straight from the fryolater. Everyone at the table agreed. Everything else was fabulous, tho.More infoThe LovePrice: Expensive• American• Rittenhouse Square•4.8
- NNeilPhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had an early reservation (5pm) and the place was quiet and fairly empty. The tables were close to each other but that was okay for an early reservation. The menu was varied and not overly large, but with enough choices as to suit just about everyone's tastes. The food portions were good and very rich, so you may only want to split an appetizer or a side. I highly recommend the short rib entre or the seared scallops and shrimp entre. Please note that your tab will grow quickly as the prices are a bit steep, but worth every penny. The wait staff was awesome. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and spoke freely about what his favorites were. He also emphasized that all entries were made fresh and there were no bad choices. The only downside was that the noise lever increased as the restaurant became more full, but that was to be expected. I highly recommend Talula's if you want a special place to treat yourself to a fine meal.More infoTalula’s GardenPrice: Very Expensive• American• Washington Square•4.9
