Best American Restaurants in Solvang

We celebrated our anniversary at Willows and had a wonderful experience, from the time that we were greeted by the host to the time we left the restaurant. We were offered seating in the patio, which was the perfect temperature even though it was a chilly night, thanks to the heaters they utilize. The fire pits they have contributed to the romantic atmosphere of the night. Our server Jane went above and beyond with the service she provided us all night, she suggested foods and drinks based on our preferences and checked in on us several times to assure we were doing well. Overall our night was made extra special with the service we were provided that night! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for amazing food and service!

Keri was the kindest server. She was so full of love and very attentive. We really appreciated her suggestions, energy, thoughtfulness, efficiency, friendliness, and overall loving demeanor. She really made our experience so memorable and wonderful and every single way. This is honestly some of the best food we have ever had. Oh my goodness make sure to order the cornbread and get the street corn! It is truly the best dinner and we regret not ordering dessert. We would come back tomorrow, but you guys are closed on Christmas, which I’m happy so people can be with their families. All around wonderful restaurant we literally wanna fly in our families from around the country to come try the food because it’s that good! we will definitely be back the next time. We are in town. Amazing food and service Scallops were sweet and perfectly cooked and the sole melted in the mouth. Our waiter was very attentive and we loved celebrating our anniversary here The brothers mud pie dessert is a cappuccino ice cream with Oreo crust and chocolate swirls - need I say more? Loved it and would definitely return

We stoped in on a mini holiday vacation our experience at The Hitching Post was amazing. Our waitress Jennifer went above and beyond, handling our dietary needs with ease and attention to detail. Her cheerful personality in what was an extremely busy evening, the ambiance of the restaurant and AMAZING FOOD made for an extremely enjoyable Pre Christmas Eve dinner for us all. We can’t thank Jennifer enough, and are still talking about what a great night we had over all.

Three of us ordered the Filet Mignon! We all commented on how delicious they were; cooked to perfection, juicy, tender and seasoned just right! Perfect meal and enjoyed the ambiance for a perfect dining experience.
