Best American Restaurants in Pittsboro

Excellent dinner at Tandem. The menu was expansive (and vegetarian/vegan friendly); the portions were good for the price; the service was quick and friendly; the ambience was great. All around good experience.

This is one of the most fabulous dining experiences! Everything about Fearrington House is exquisite. This is a must do dining experience for me when coming to the Chapel Hill area.

Food and service were excellent. Only downfall was that the $35 extra wine pairing advertised was not true and the music started at 6:00 so we did not get to enjoy it since our reservations were for 5:00 pm.

Great menu selection. Excellent dishes and service. Enjoyed smoke trout, fries, short ribs, meatloaf. Nice portions providing plenty of leftovers.

The CB Pittsboro is a real gem; it is a friendly, welcoming neighborhood establishment. All the wait staff are attentive, knowledgeable and engaging. The patio is really nice and on milder Winter days the heaters work well. The food is exceptional; the salmon dish is my favorite and I seldom stray from it albeit I have been to the CB Pittsboro with a plethora of friends who all loved their food. In addition to the food it goes without saying CB is an award winning brewery. The staff has a good handle on all the drinks and can help you make a selection. If you enjoy beer and are new to what you may want out of CB’s many drink offerings try their 4 (smaller) glass beer plank to compare offerings. All in all hard it is really, really hard to beat a night or lunch out with friends
