Longtime fans will be thrilled to see signature dishes like the scallop and duck make a triumphant return, each as flawless as ever. But the new additions are equally dazzling—particularly the rigatoni, octopus, and scallop, each a masterclass in flavor and technique. And then there’s the cheeseburger. Magical doesn’t even begin to cover it. Imagine all your expectations of a burger, then multiply them by ten. The genius behind it all is Chef Alex - an original in every sense. We visited Paddy Whacks on Saint Paddy's day. The places was busy. We were able to find a table for four. The place was packed with people celebrating Saint Paddy's day. The waitress was very attentive with all the commotion going on throughout the place. The food came out in a timely fashion, and it was pretty good for as busy as they were. Would definitely come back.
