Bright natural light, high ceilings and white tablecloths contributed to a clean, modern feel in the dining room. There were plenty of staff on hand to fill water, run food and clear plates. Our server Cassie was excellent- both friendly and professional. Answered our questions about the menu with ease. The menu was varied and it was hard to choose from lots of fresh seafood options. Ultimately, we enjoyed the ceviche, shrimp cocktail, crabcake and shrimp and grits. All were outstanding- the flavors complemented each other beautifully and allowed the seafood to take center stage. The bread service was worthwhile- piping hot and plentiful to sop up the yummy sauces. Coffee and dessert finished the meal. We had the excellent chocolate cake- but there were four or five other choices that sounded equally tempting. The Julius Meinl branded coffee service was a really nice touch that ended our dinner on a high note. I can’t wait to come back!More infoSpotos Fish & OysterPrice: Expensive• Oyster Bar• Palm Beach Gardens•4.7

Except the vegetables – the oven roasted vegetables, broccolini, and asparagus were all undercooked in our opinion. The asparagus it came out cold to the touch or maybe room temperature? The broccolini was charred looking, but very much raw when biting into it Otherwise, though, the proteins, the appetizers, Caesar salads- so delicious! It was Valentine's Day, so we started with a picture of ourselves in front of a beautiful valentine display that was put together by Ava. So smart – perfect photo op for the holiday. Our lunch was absolutely delicious from start to finish. We had the chicken pesto flatbread as an appetizer, then I had the filet mignon salad and my husband had the shrimp and grits. And dessert – always a special sweet treat. Our waiter, Sergio, was very attentive and met all our needs in a timely and professional manner. He was stellar. I have to mention Ava again, the general manager. She stopped by our table to chat with us and was just lovely. We were so pleased to have met her! We will definitely be back again. - HHowieVIPBaltimore / Maryland •356 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe’ve been to many Capital Grille locations and the PBG joint is in the top echelon. This review is a composite of a Friday dinner and Tuesday lunch. Both meals were very good. On Friday night we shared a tuna tartare appetizer, which was excellent. We each had the sliced tenderloin with demiglace, cipolline onions, and sautéed mushrooms. The steaks were charred beautifully and cooked medium rare—definitely a top five steak! Our server, Daniel, was charming and attentive. The ambiance was lovely and the whole restaurant was electric. Great time overall. On Tuesday lunch, Jay took care of us like a pro. She shook our martinis like a seasoned pro. We shared a shrimp cocktail appetizer. Perfecto! For entrees we each enjoyed the seared sushi-grade Ahi tuna, which was served with ginger rice, white soy and a spicy sambal vinaigrette. Nice presentation. The tuna steak was seared rare and it sliced like butter. Another Capital Grille winner. Arguably the best steakhouse chain restaurant.More infoThe Capital Grille - Palm Beach GardensPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Palm Beach Gardens•4.8

She provided great recommendations. We started with the wild mushroom strudel and oyster Rockefeller, which were delicious. My husband ordered the short rib per Carolyn’s recommendation, and they were melt in your mouth. I had one of the specials which was very good, lots of flavor. We sat outside among the string lights, vintage wine bottles and hanging vines, it was very cute dining atmosphere. Highly recommend for a date or special occasionMore infoCafe ChardonnayPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Palm Beach Gardens•4.8
