Best American Restaurants in Howey-in-the-Hills

Tyl was one of the best waitress/waiters we've had the pleasure of meeting: She's extremely efficient, knowledgeable and efficient. When we asked for her opinion on various selections on the menu, she knew exactly what she thought for our tastes. Tyl is a major asset to both the restaurant and the brand. The food is always the same quality as aspected. We highly recommend both The Broadside Restaurant and Tyl . You won't be disappointed

Our server, Austin D, was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable with the menu, including libations. This was our first experience at Summer House on the Lake; it’s safe to say we’ll be back! They have a ton of gluten free options, and the sangria was some of the best I’ve had. Definitely worth checking out and returning :)

Chris was our server and he was excellent and so personable. Only thing was my filet was medium well which I ordered medium rare and I didn’t want to complain because our son was treating us for our 50th anniversary so I ate it but when you pay 60 for a steak I would have enjoyed it more had it been less well done but overall a great meal.

We tried with some friends during Magical Dining. I understand it a reduced menu for a lower price but no sides at all with your entree, and to substitute a gluten free option of sorbet instead of the three options is a charge. The appetizers were good and our entrees were good. Our server, Jasmyn was excellent.
