We sat at the bar outside and enjoyed a delicious cocktail, the bar tenders were outstanding. We sat outside and enjoyed the Irish musicians. The food was delicious - slow roasted pork, beef short ribs, shepherd’s pie and chicken pie - all done to perfection. The waitstaff were attentive and friendly. We had a great night. A buddy of mine and I go so frequently the other day when we didn’t show up until almost closing they joked they were about to send a wellness check for us. The food is always on point. Staff is hyper aware of everyone’s needs. The ambiance is top tier. I can’t think of a single other restaurant on Disney property that has it THIS together. Hopefully Disney takes a lead from this restaurant and tightens up. I’ve already booked a Christmas party here for 10. Can’t wait to bring everyone over and see their faces when we first walk in and how they react to the tastes of all the different foods we’ll be trying. This was our first experience at Summer House on the Lake; it’s safe to say we’ll be back! They have a ton of gluten free options, and the sangria was some of the best I’ve had.
