Hugo was a great server. Pork bao buns, ceviche sampler, pisco flight, sangria, lomo saltado and tacu were all amazing. Oh and the pionono ala mode was so good!
Stopped in on a Tuesday night for dinner.
Both did the tasting menu with drinks. The food and service was excellent. Service started a little quickly, but when they realised that we were not in a rush, they changed the pace.
Andrew the server was great, attentive nut not overly so.
Definitely recommend, and will definitely be going back.
First visit and we will be back! We arrived early and enjoyed a cocktail in the bar. The bartender explained the origins of the cuisine and recommended excellent drinks for our group. Moved to our table and had an excellent experience for the next 2 hours. We tried several different ceviches and chaufas, as well as a noodle dish. Highly recommend!
