We had a great dinner at Xolos last night, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks were excellent. Highly recommend the top notch ceviche, guacamole and chips as appetizers, and enchiladas, skirt steak platter and fish tacos for dinner. The margaritas are also amazing. This is a favorite spot for us!

Food: very good, with the only very minor glitch IMO being that the habanero sauce not being spicy (& actually none we tried were). The ribeye in my fajitas was excellent with a very smoky outer layer, and my wife liked her octopus (& now learned that not all Mexican restaurants are just places with tacos, burritos, etc.) Service: good. Only one waitperson and she quickly covered all tables well. Ambience: noise level ok, but it wasn’t crowded. I suspect it could be a lot noisier on more busy nights like weekends.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable dinner. The food was solid but the service was impeccable. After finding out it was my birthday, one of the three birthdays in the restaurant, they went above and beyond with a delicious piece of cake and an entertaining singing performance. It made for a really fun evening.
