Absolutely the best meal and culinary experience my husband and I have ever had! Oysters were killer, foie gras was impeccable, and the chocolate bomb exploded with decadence! Fredric, the sommelier, gave us ultra-personal attention and understood my pallet immediately. Only problems: mandated 4-course menu and price. We’ll head there, first thing, when we return to Vegas!

Dinner at Mon Ami was amazing as always. Very quiet for a Saturday night. Started with baked goat cheese (I wish they would just add this back to the menu) and continued with entrees of beef bourguignon and salmon. The cocktails were a nice heavy pour. Ended with the mousse and an espresso martini. A dining must when in Vegas.

Mr. Tolhurst…Bravo! You have done an amazing job of creating such an inviting experience for everyone that walks in to the restaurant. Here’s another freebie “excellence is not a mistake“ and the Restaurant screams intentionalism from the time you walk in and you’re greeted, to the people that seat you at your table, to the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the food, the time in which it’s delivered , etc, etc, etc! I can’t say enough good things about our experience tonight. But I will just say thank you very much for laboring so diligently to give us one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Overall a very good experience! We had the chips, chopped salad, croque madame, and fries. The fries were very soggy, but everything else was great. Service could have been a bit more friendly and attentive, but overall was fine. Looking forward to coming back!
