I just tried La Carbonería, and I have to say, it was a great surprise. The food is delicious; everything has that authentic, well-made taste that leaves you more than satisfied. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the sides had a homemade touch that I loved.
The atmosphere is super nice, and the service is top-notch: the staff is really friendly and always makes sure you have everything you need. You can really tell they care about you having a good experience.
It's definitely a place I want to go back to, and I recommend it to anyone who wants great food and a good time. La Carbonería is a solid choice!
