On Valentine's Day, it was clear that they were completely overwhelmed. I appreciated how hard they worked to get my son and me seated on time. Our server, caught in the whirlwind of a large party of ten right beside us, was doing her very best to manage the situation. Despite the chaos, she consistently apologized for the wait, showing genuine concern for our experience. She was not only pleasant but also did an exceptional job taking our orders and thoughtfully explaining the menu.
When the food arrived, it was fantastic; my son absolutely adored his crab legs and potatoes. It warmed my heart to see the manager come by to check on us and even bring my cocktail while our server was focused on the challenging group next door. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name, but I remember she wore a lovely light blue bow in her hair and handled everything with such professionalism and grace, especially on such a busy night. Her effort didn't go unnoticed, and it truly made our experience special.
