Had a great experience, I’ll definitely be returning. Our server was sweet and attentive . The hookah, drinks & food came out fast even tho it was Valentine’s Day and it was packed. The only reason I’m giving 4 star is because I didn’t like the 75 minute table time, we felt rushed towards the end when we were trying to enjoy our drinks and hookah. And the valet drivers took forever to get our car, so we were standing in the cold freezing. But other than that the restaurant itself is 8/10, next time I’ll come on a not so busy day .

I love the Big Ketch! I have been here many times and always come back. The services is pretty great, they are decently quick and attentive. They make sure you have everything you need. The food is always excellent, and great quality every time. I would definitely recommend
