Nice facility. U have 2 walk up spiral staircase to access. Appetizers and desserts were great. I had the elk and my wife had the wild boar for entrees. The elk and sauce were fantastic. My wife didn't eat mire than two bites of the boar stating that it had a strange taste. Maybe it's an acquired taste. Service was ok. Place was very busy (pne of very few open on Christmas Day so it appeared service had a problem keeping up.

Fantastic experience! The food was expertly prepared and presented. The wait staff was professional; the ambiance was exceptional in lighting, decor, and seating. It was perfect for our special occasion.

The Coyote Cafe has been our “go to” for special occasions but today was a major disappointment. The service was excellent and wine advice perfect. We had heard that the the food standard had dropped over the last year and this sadly seems true. The tiny portion of chicken liver moose was paired with other flavours that were too strong and frankly just wrong. My bison was perfectly cooked but the vegetable accompaniments were weird. My Sage Bread desert was dried up and inedible. The waiter then said it wasn’t a great choice and immediately replaced with the banana cream which is always good. I really hope that this was just an off-day.

Thanksgiving was so special that we decided to go for Christmas, too, and, I think New Year's Eve is a good possibility. The food is always special and delicious (today - oysters Rockefeller and stuffed quail with a light cherry sauce and for the main bison and miso crusted halibut in miso broth . . . and . . . banana cream and pecan pie; those were our choices). The house really has its act TOGETHER - from reception to general manager to the various wait staff posts. Every person knows her position and does it very well!

My experience was a bit confusing the wait between the courses was long. The time between us sitting down and bringing the drinks 20 min then 30 more the first course then 30 more then the second and 20 more to the dessert. Nice waiters but when they decided to come to the table. Overall the food was good, the quail was good, the Elk was Amazing and the pecan tarts was nice but no Five star restaurant

The lobster tails are more like lobster fingers…I always order this as it’s my favorite but aside from two tails that yielded two finger size bites from one tail, and one finger size bite and bits of tail from the other side…this dish was seriously underwhelming. I think I need to give this restaurant a pass for the time being…it was not a wonderful meal.,,
