   Stellar experience as always. Sophia was absolutely fantastic. So attentive and all around pleasure. After having gone to the Vaughan location (which was good) there is just something about the Niagara location. It’s more an experience than just a steak house. Can’t wait till next year. It’s our new tradition to celebrate the new year!

   I understand it was new years but service was incredibly slow and it would take over 30 minutes for a drink to show up. I feel sorry for those who paid for the unlimited drinks as they wouldn't have gotten their money's worth with how long it took to get a single drink

   Unfortunately, the experience was horrible, especially yesterday on New Year’s Eve. I called by phone to check if they had parking, and they said yes, explaining what I needed to do. However, when I arrived, I was late for the reservation because the parking lot was closed. They didn’t have parking, and they even reduced the dinner hours. The service was poorly organized; they repeatedly served the same items to the table, and if we hadn’t asked for the pineapple, they wouldn’t have brought it at all. This was the first and last time at this restaurant. I do not recommend it.

   The food was very good however; I am giving a lower rating for the service. There was A LOT of wait times for getting food including the meat. It took 35 minutes to get our cheque at the end of the meal. If you're ok with compromising with service, then it will likely be ok for you.

   Service was horrible. We kept requesting things, they kept ignoring. The guys kept skipping our table.. getting something took forever..

   We loved the food and have been before but the ordering system is all online and so impersonal. They gave us all our sides with disposable forks. It looked cheap. Our waitress did not come with my wine until mid meal. So I could barely enjoy it with my food as the kids were ready to go by that point already. If it wasn’t so busy I would have given it a better review but we were really disappointed with the service. We do love the place hope it improves. .

    Great birthday dinner celebration: definitely go hungry! We had barely sat down before the first meat arrived, would have been nice to have a sip of water or wine first, and they were "out" of 4 of the side dishes that we wanted so that was unfortunate, but overall would recommended!
