   Had a 10pm reservation through Open Table got seated at 10:45 in the kitchen area. Most foods were unavailable yet on the menu it was still showing up. Server Ella was in a nasty mood. Checked on us once during the service. At the end of a fries and salad meal asked to speak with the General Manager “Tufan”who adamantly refused to speak with us directly , sent messages through our assigned server “tell them I’m busy, send an email”. It was our wedding anniversary dinner. Very disappointing waited so long to visit the coveted Copa Cabana Niagara location. No verbal apology from server or any staff for the disservice we received.

   This was the second time coming to this location. And I picked it because the first time was great. I am pleased to say my second visit was even better! Given that it was Valentine's Day, I was expecting things to be a bit chaotic. But from the moment we were seated, the experience was top-notch. Our primary server was Halle. She was such a sweet lady. Very warm and friendly, always keeping an eye on our table. Mind you, she did this while tending to other tables. Halle is the type of person you wish served you all the time! As for the rest of the staff...honestly, there's no other way to put it than this: They were locked in. Everyone was on their A-Game. I wish I remembered the guy who was serving the meat to my table because he was awesome. So kind, fast, and accommodating. Mind you, other people brought us food. But this gentleman came to our table often and he was awesome. You know typically when you specifically ask for a certain meat, it can take a while to come. But this gentleman did it swiftly. Thank you, bro. Also, what is up with this location? Why is everyone working picked out of a model catalogue? LOL. I'm not complaining. Professional, good-looking, hard-working folks. Love it. The food? Delicious. I was telling my wife how awesome it is to have the side dishes made to order. If you're not careful, they will fill you up fast. But if you're a big back like me, it's not a problem. Those fries are something else. They're like perfected McDonalds fries to me. But yes the meat, you come for the meat, you will get meat. And my oh my is it delicious. The shrimp as well - so good!! Honestly, I was looking forward to giving my wife a special day and this location helped me accomplish that. Thank you to everyone who played their part. Chefs, servers, managers, and even the dancers. Keep up the good work because I will be coming again! God bless you guys.

   Our first time at copacabana. Valentine’s Day. We got there at open, 5pm, it was pretty empty when we arrived. But then the meat started coming in. You order your drinks and sides on your phone. The food was all amazing. It’s very faced paced and became quite loud. Then the dancers came out and there was sparklers. What a fun experience. It was over 200$ for the 2 of us. The quality and amount of food was well worth it and the entertainment as well. Not for every night but a great option for a special occasion.

   Such a fun date experience, I loved how attentive they were and when we asked for something they were so quick to bring it out. The meat was amazing, the drinks were pretty good but a little syrupy. 9/10 for sure !
