Convito Café features dishes from both Betise Bistro and Convito Italiano that best reflect the homey flavors of the French and Italian countryside. The menus include steak, chicken, calves liver, daily fish and meat specials, earthy pasta dishes and an array of delicious appetizers and salads. Lunch includes a variety of sandwiches, salads and more.

Convito is one of my favorite restaurants for date nights. The food is amazing, service is attentive but not obtrusive, and the ambiance is quiet and inviting. Try the whitefish or any of the pastas, yum. I highly recommend this restaurant.

One of our favorite, comfortable, delicious places to eat. We go there for a spontaneous night out, or even a special occasion. Service is generally excellent. In fact, too fast at times. The writer forgot our salad this past time and brought our meal. We declined the salad because our meal was hot and ready, but he did not charge us for our wine. He was very apologetic. We all make mistakes... he was forgiven. He was actually a very good server. The staff is well trained. The food is quite good, although meat can be overcooked if you like rare beef. Highly recommend. Get reservations. It is usually busy on weekends. And the guests are usually earlier diners, 5:30 to 8:00. Starts to thin out at 8:00-8:30.

Quiet and tranquil with good lighting. Food is consistently good with homemade pasta. Excellent fresh shaved Parmesan when requested for the table. Olive oil is on the table also but no butter. Butter was brought to the table upon request but it was a small slab from a larger stick that was still very cold and hard, so difficult to spread. We would recommend also offering soft butter as well.
