The Columbia is Florida’s Oldest RestaurantSM, founded in Tampa's historic Ybor City in 1905. Family-owned and operated for 119 years, the restaurant has earned acclaim for old-world charm as well as for its award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list.

Open 365 days a year, including all holidays and serving lunch and dinner daily.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Flamenco Dance Shows: There is an $10 cover charge per person for guests over the age of 12.

Monday through Thursday dinner reservation times for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday dinner reservations for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m. and for the 9:30 p.m. show, seatings are at 8:30 or 9 p.m.

Reservations for dinner and the show are required. Please call the restaurant to check availability for reservations.

    Our serve went way above the level of service I expected. I wish I could spell his name correctly to give him the credit he deserves. (He was serving on The Dec 3rd around 4pm I. The bar area. He said he had 10 kids.). This was our first visit to help celebrate the end of our honeymoon. This will become an anniversary tradition.

    We had our small staff's holiday gathering over the good food at the Columbia. Staff said it was the best holiday gathering ever! (And we all went to IKEA after :))

    We came her for an early birthday dinner. The ambience was amazing to include the beautiful decor and the history behind the restaurant and its owners. I am not from Columbia and the food for me was just okay. Not bad at all but not flavors I would prefer together. I do think it is absolutely worth going to at least once for the experience.

    Wonderful dining experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, amazing food and atmosphere. Must try the tableside Original Salad, crab croquettes, and the paella… exceptional.

    Everything was awesome about this restaurant. The food was different than what were used to and oh so delicious. Our server, Alissa, was especially awesome. She was friendly, timely, and attentive. She really made the experience special for us!
