We are an interactive culinary environment.

At our restaurant we create and interpret the culinary ideas inspired from different cultures, products, and techniques. Our always evolving menu is a result of the interaction and interchange of different experiences.

    Good experience. Great service. Although diner should be able to choose less courses. 5 were too many for us which was a waste of an expensive meal.

    We had the 5 course tasting which included the crudo, salad, gnocchi, lobster and steak. Our food was incredible and our service was amazing. The chef is from Argentina. And travels the world looking for incredible recipes to create. We got to enjoy so many incredible dishes. Every dish had an amazing presentation. The staff would share with you what the dish was, and a brief history behind it. We had the best dirty martini’s here.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and providing detailed explanations of each dish. She made the experience seamless for our family, who spoke a mix of Spanish and English, accommodating both languages effortlessly. As a family with a shellfish allergy, dining out can sometimes be a challenge, but the staff at Cocina Abierta handled it with care and professionalism. They were attentive to our needs, ensuring that every dish was safe without compromising flavor or presentation. The food itself was exceptional; each course was beautifully presented, and every bite showcased fresh, high-quality ingredients with masterful flavor combinations.     Amazing high end tasting menu. Best dessert I've had in a long time. The gazpacho was a little vinegar-y but the steak and the fish were incredible, and the best plantain I've ever had possibly. Very good.
