   Went to Christophers for birthday celebration. Had 2 of 6 meals come out overcooked. Took 20 minutes to get new food plates. Once the new food arrived, the rest of the party had already had plates cleared. No apology or compensation given for this mistake and no birthday desert compensation which has been standard in the past. Unfortunately a pretty bad experience at a great restaurant.

   Our evening was an enchanting dining experience . Sat outside on a fair weather evening in a gazebo comfy setting with spot on service, waiter and team meeting any need we had . Inside is very elegant as well the food was delicious and varied to each person’s taste. Plates of extra additional tastes to try with the main items provided exploration of unique extra . Excellent wine and cocktail options No disappointments , a memorable family gathering Place to go to impress

   We were disappointed in the two meals we had. The blackened ribeye steak had way too much gristle and fat for the price of the steak. The crab stuffed shrimp was lacking in flavor. Again for the cost of the meal. But, the Fiji shrimp starter was the highlight of the evening. The server was very good was very attentive the whole time. We were very disappointed in the main food tonight.

   From the moment we entered the building it was perfect. Wait staff was friendly, efficient and well versed. The food was perfect and the portions were generous.

   A Wonderful Birthday meal with Friends. The Food was Delicious as always, the Staff was attentive but not bothersome, the Ambiance was absolutely Perfect.

   The overall ambience is good and they recognize your special occasion well. But this is an extraordinarily expensive restaurant so expectations are high, and they weren’t met on this visit. The $80 entree was cold when it reached the table. Possibly because the waiter was way overextended by assigned tables all over the space including outside, so we were always waiting for the him to show back up to take care of us. Not his fault but again, not up par. Leftovers were carelessly packed and packaged. Not the level of service or quality expected at this pricepoint, and not what it has been at times in the past. Very disappointing.

    Management tried to recover but there were a series of mistakes service-wise and it definitely impacted our experience negatively. Large room was super loud and service nonexistent until we spoke to the manager. They comped appetizers but didn’t have entrees ready at the same time (3 served and one late by 15 minutes). They should have comped that meal, given all the blunders. Strange experience! Too bad as food is good.
