   The hosts were borderline rude definitely didn’t wanna be there. Sadly, I think they were understaffed, table of six, and we sat at our table for 20 minutes before being approached for service. The manager apologized. Then we sat at our table for most of the afternoon with no water and plates overflowing. The salad bar was delightful. The meat was just OK. I would probably visit Texas de Brazil before this place for the price you pay

   My husband and I spent Christmas in Fort Lauderdale and wanted a unique experience for dinner. This restaurant was exactly what we wanted! Everyone was very nice and personable. The food was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for making our Christmas dinner a fun and delicious experience.

   Christmas dinner at Chima. The meat quality was divine. The salad bar buffet was lacking. I think for the price the buffet could include a dessert. We had a vegetarian join us and they forced her to order the full menu meat option even tho she didn’t eat a bite of meat. That was not cool.

   Prepare to wait. Our rez was for 6:30. We sat down at 7:40 - this has happened twice now. Overall everything was disappointing except the food - beef. The salad bar was a mess , I had to send my drink back twice , we had to ask for salmon 3 times. It was so noisy we could barely hear each other. We usually go once a year to Chima. Think we will pass on this restaurant. It’s gone downhill quickly.

   The food and service is always exceptional at Chima. We've been to other Brazilian steakhouses and we always wish we had gone to Chima instead!Our latest visit we were there for Christmas Eve. It was busy, as expected, the food and service were still great. Our only complaint was that the room temperature was extremely cold, we hurried to get out, and put the seat heaters on in the car.

   Husband’s favorite restaurant for years. Came for his birthday which is on Christmas Eve’s Eve. More people than I expected for a Monday. Staff were great but limited. Restaurant was packed when we left at 8:00. Needed more wait staff for tables. But, food was good and of course we will be back.

    The food was fantastic, but unfortunately our service was lacking. Although three of us were seasoned veterans of Chima, two weren't and the servers didn't explain to them how to enjoy their experience. We were never told about our menu options: full rodizio menu, limited rodizio menu, or salad bar only. One of our guests had researched her options in advance so fortunately the full menu wasn't wasted on her. We waited quite a while for drinks (understandable, the bartender was busy). But a "dry, up martini" turned into vodka on the rocks; a bottle of chardonnay came out with champagne flutes; and a dirty martini came out without garnishment. Honestly, the one server tasked with fulfilling our drink orders seemed very inexperienced. Using digital tablets for the cocktail menu is an awful idea! One tablet for a table of six? It took forever for each of us to look over the drink menu and decide. And then it disappears so if you wanted something different for a second round, you had to go searching for a tablet. Unfortunately this experience will likely keep us from returning any time soon. When a restaurant boasts about providing "excellent service" and charges premium prices accordingly, it is really disappointing when it falls short.
