   Even it was a busy day for thanksgiving day. The quality of service, food was very mediocre. After waiting 50 minutes having a reservation for 7:30 pm you can tell that this place was overbooked. The salad bar was empty and needs to improve considerably, Chima in Fort Lauderdale Fl provides a different experience in a better way than this one in Charlotte. The meats were limited I had to wait after seated for the meats that you normally expect for the price you are paying instead of serving flank steak all night long.!! If you pay for parking and valet on top you wait almost an hour for the time you reserved at least provide better quality in food!? Is not too much too asked.

   Chima was a lovely restaurant, there were a few hiccups. We waited over 30 minutes after our reservation time, we did not receive the fried plantains and other sides that were promised, we also asked for a children's cup that never came. The food was delicious and well cooked, we enjoyed the salad bar. There was a bit of favoritism on certain tables and we were often passed by even with empty plates and our "yes please" tokens flipped for service. There may have been extra stress with the holiday. We will try Chima again during a "normal" night since we thoroughly enjoyed the lamb.

   Our reservation for our party of 5 was at 5:30. We arrived 15 mins early. We waited over an hour to get seated. When we came for thanksgiving in previous years, they would have a carving station with turkey and more of the thanksgiving fixings. It was very disappointing that they did not offer that this year. All the other rodizio offerings were delicious as always. I think this will be our last time coming to Chima for Thanksgiving.

   My first time at Chima’s and it was pretty good. My server Jacob was the best ..it was quite busy due to it being thanksgiving . But he made sure to check on me .. definitely will be back for Christmas 🫶🏽😊

   We were early for our reservation (4pm), I was told we would have to wait until the reservation time (430). We actually waited until around 4:50 which wasn't ideal. I don't believe it was all worth the extra $10 for the "Thanksgiving extras"

   Excellent restaurant. Excellent food and service. I will be back. However the valet parking was horrible. I just had my windows tinted on my vehicle 1 day prior to visiting the restaurant. I asked the valet parking attendant NOT to roll my windows down. Within 2 minutes of getting inside the restaurant, I get a notification on my Toyota app that says 2 of my windows was rolled down. When I addressed this with the valet parking attendant, they denied rolling any window down. Restaurant, food and service was excellent but the valet parking company they partner with is horrible....

   Hands down, an excellent experience. We had an unexpected guest join us, making our table of 4 a table of 5, and they accommodated us on Thanksgiving. Our server, Juwaun, (forgive my spelling), was incredible. He was personable and made time for us. The restaurant was slam full, but he made us feel like we were his only customers. The food was incredible (I don't even eat red meat!). The salad bar is amazing! I recommend everything! Overall, an outstanding experience.
