   Chris and Jacob were our servers. Service,ambience,food from both grill and salad bar are perfect as always. Favourite restaurant in the city.

   For the price point, I would expect a better sanitation grade and the staff not filling up the water pitchers in the men's room. Update: I received a call from the restaurant explaining that the staff used identical pitchers in the men's room to fill flower vases for a party, but those pitchers were not used to fill glasses at tables.

   Always delicious, always elegant. Love Chima, it’s a must-try in Charlotte for a date night or a nice family dinner. Definitely in the $$$-$$$$ range, expect around $200 for a date night. The only thing I noticed on the negative side was our plates looked like they had some streaks/water marks which made them appear a little dirty.

   While you call the noise level energetic, my family called it disturbing. For an up scale restaurant, it’s just too noisy. It’s hard to have conversations. Food and service was very good. However, just trying to get to the bathroom is an adventure. People hanging out on the stairs, made for an obstacle course.

   The restaurant was all tht,,, i made reservations for my brothers gf, for her birthday since last year her whole family, got sick, so this year they all celebrated together and enjoyed every minute of it, including me joining in on the phone,,,❤️👍🏾, thank the restaurant, so much

   The experience was amazing as always. But the waiter seemed as he was rushing and kept skipping our table to check on us. Not very friendly

   I believe that Monday is not the best day at Chima for dinner. But still my number #1 restaurant in town!

    We went to celebrate my boyfriends graduation & the service was exceptional! Food tastes great and cocktails were amazing ! 10/10 would come back again!
