   Wonderful ad always! Chima never disappoints. This particular time we have our kids with us and they absolutely loved everything. Our serves, Dr. Dre, was phenomenal. Food was wonderful. Service and ambiance were delightful.

   The food was amazing. The service was amazing. Only downside was the wait, but you know how Thanksgiving dinner goes. We didn’t wait too long to be seated good thing we RSVP ahead of time.

   Even it was a busy day for thanksgiving day. The quality of service, food was very mediocre. After waiting 50 minutes having a reservation for 7:30 pm you can tell that this place was overbooked. The salad bar was empty and needs to improve considerably, Chima in Fort Lauderdale Fl provides a different experience in a better way than this one in Charlotte. The meats were limited I had to wait after seated for the meats that you normally expect for the price you are paying instead of serving flank steak all night long.!! If you pay for parking and valet on top you wait almost an hour for the time you reserved at least provide better quality in food!? Is not too much too asked.

   Chima was a lovely restaurant, there were a few hiccups. We waited over 30 minutes after our reservation time, we did not receive the fried plantains and other sides that were promised, we also asked for a children's cup that never came. The food was delicious and well cooked, we enjoyed the salad bar. There was a bit of favoritism on certain tables and we were often passed by even with empty plates and our "yes please" tokens flipped for service. There may have been extra stress with the holiday. We will try Chima again during a "normal" night since we thoroughly enjoyed the lamb.

   Food was good. Waiter could have checked on us a little more. It was hard to get his attention at times when I need something I had to stop other staff. I was told I was given a $10.00 discount and free desert for my birthday but that was not true. I was given a cheese cake (not my choice) charged $10.00 and then the 10.00 was deducted. So in reality thete was no discount on my dinner just the pretend birthday desert. If you are going to offer birthday dessert charge me for it and then deduct it, let me choose my desert or take the discount off my dinner. I don't like cheese cake so I didnt eat it.

   Always a fabulous experience! Thanksgiving 2024 was outstanding. Our server was so cool and funny -- he made the whole night. Looking forward to returning really soon!

   Our reservation for our party of 5 was at 5:30. We arrived 15 mins early. We waited over an hour to get seated. When we came for thanksgiving in previous years, they would have a carving station with turkey and more of the thanksgiving fixings. It was very disappointing that they did not offer that this year. All the other rodizio offerings were delicious as always. I think this will be our last time coming to Chima for Thanksgiving.

    My first time at Chima’s and it was pretty good. My server Jacob was the best ..it was quite busy due to it being thanksgiving . But he made sure to check on me .. definitely will be back for Christmas 🫶🏽😊
