   Food was delicious, but the prices are out of line given the rest of the experience. We were seated a little early to our reservation, which was great…but then we sat for nearly 15 minutes before being asked for a drink order. It’s billed as a classy steakhouse, but there were no less than four tables around us with children who were behaving like we were at Chili’s (or Outback Steakhouse). No problem in the right environment…but when you’re paying >$100 for a steak, there’s an expectation of decorum and noise level. Final issue, they sat two intoxicated gentlemen next to us (where the tables are already tight). I know that’s tough to manage, but they were pretty clearly inebriated, and their behavior affected all of the tables in the area - ours chiefly among them. The restaurant is aggressive about telling patrons not to use their phones. I dig that. Given the other issues last night, phone usage would have been a welcome respite.

   Food and service was exquisite. Shout out to our server Gabe who recommended great dishes and perfected the timing of of food and drinks being served. There were several large parties so we found it a little noisy for just the two of us but it was definitely the highlight of our week in terms of culinary experiences.

   It’s was me and my husband birthday, wasn’t the best experience I’ve had with the chop house. I came with 7 people and of the 7, 4 of us order steaks. We all had to send our steaks back. Plus the sides of our special were not the best. We our birthday could have been better

   Thank you for celebrating your birthday with us! Our USDA Prime steaks are cooked using a 1300-degree broiler to achieve the best possible sear & flavor. I see three guests ordered the Sunday Prime Rib Special, which comes with a garnish of green beans & mashed potatoes, while another guest ordered our USDA Prime Dry-Aged Cowgirl Ribeye. All of the steaks were initially ordered medium-plus but were later requested to be cooked to well-done after they were served. Since bringing steaks to that temperature takes additional time, we appreciate your patience. That evening, we served 15 orders of the Cowgirl Ribeye & over 30 orders of the Prime Rib Special without any concerns. Aside from the steak temperature, was there anything else that didn’t meet your expectations? We value your feedback!
