    Grace was an excellent server. Food and ambience was great. I had not been back since our move out of Illinois in the 1990’s. Same positive experience as in the old days.

    My wife and I have been going there for over twenty years, and have never been disappointed. We had excellent service, Josh was our waiter. We have been to all the popular steakhouses in Chicago and this one hands-down has the best ambience., service and food. If you go there ask for a table on the second floor window view.

    Great classic restaurant and menu. Server Grace was terrific and all her suggestions were supurb.Cocktails excellent. Only comment otherwise is lots of stairs to get to upper levels and limited non-stool seating on 1st floor. Ask for leather back wall seating on 1st floor if stools/stairs are not your thing. Stools were very comfortable and cushy but lengthy sitting for the older larger person not recommended

    An excellent steak house, that delivers on food, service, ambience and authenticity. A fantastic place for a great steak and fine wine, loved the decor and the buzz. Would highly recommend this restaurant to those visiting Chicago.
