What a truly horrid experience we had there on 11/21/24. We are locals and this is, or was our place of choice when we wanted fine dining is our area however last night is was far from it. First off the two of us ordered a pre-dinner cocktail which for some reason they could not bring at the same time, mind you these were simple drinks one even being one of there specials. Then the meal was supposed to have a wine pairing but we were asked what kind of wine we wanted? OK we chose the white. First course came and was really very good, recommend the crab cakes, they were done right but wheres out wine? Asked twice and it finally showed up after we were done with the first corse and the 2nd was already on the table. Then before the main our weightier poured the rest of the same wine into our glasses which was A: way too much and B: nothing to do with a wine pairing. Then the wait, 40+ min's later we were told that there was a mix up in the kitchen but then the food came out. First thing I noticed was that it smelled burnt which it was, both of ours were burnt on the bottom probably from sitting on a hot plate for an half hour. They came to apologise and bring out our dessert which we told them to stop and not bother. Why would you want dessert without dinner? The manager came over and gave us excuse after excuse and did wind up coming the meal but I got tired of the lame excuses and had to leave and let my wife handle the pleasantries. Waiter and manager were completely unprofessional which is sad as they lost local business. Whenever we have a special occasion and family and friends over we will now have to pick a new location to dine.

The service was amazing, Donavan took good care of us. We all started with the French onion soup which was good. The entrees is where everything went south. We ordered the tomahawk for two. Meat was flavorless. My brother had the bone in ribeye and it was mediocre. We also had the pork chop which lacked flavor. Overall all of the entrees were subpar especially for the price.

More than half my party ended up with the runs and stomache. It was a large group and sucked that people felt sick afterwards

This was mine and my wifes first time here and I have to say, it was superb. From setting up my reservation to the end of our dinner, it was perfect! The waiter was so awesome. Great customer service. So to start, I got the Chilean Sea Bass and my wife got the Roasted Chicken. Both of these dishes were so tender, juicy and didn't even need a knife for the chicken. Barely even had to bite on either meat. It was like soft butter! And the champagne was delish! I'm glad that we celebrated her birthday and our anniversary here. We will return 🙂👍🏼

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Charlie Palmers steakhouse with friends, and it was a fantastic experience all around. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Brittney, the restaurant manager, was welcoming tone that made us feel immediately comfortable and valued. Our waiter, Donavan, was attentive, knowledgeable, and quick on his feet—perfect for a group that was on a tight schedule as we had show tickets after dinner. He made thoughtful recommendations on appetizers and ensured that our food was timed perfectly, allowing us to enjoy our meal without any rush. Both Brittney and Donavan went above and beyond to accommodate us, making sure every detail was taken care of. The food itself was incredible. Each steak and salmon was cooked to perfection, with delicious sides that complemented the main courses wonderfully. This restaurant truly excels at both its food and its service, creating a memorable dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone. Five stars!

Our server was uninterested in serving/helping us in anyway. There were two tables that were seated at least 10 +/- minute after we were seated and they were served their first course, given warm hand towels and were served their entire before our order was taken. We ordered Oyster on the half shell, they were warm, dry and tasteless and, there was one that looked so bad not one of us would eat it. We never got hand towels. The server checked in on us over 15 minutes after our meals were served. He had to walk past our table to serve the other tables and we were totally ignored. The food was very overpriced for the quality, quantity, and presentation. Side note, all three of us at our table are experienced in fine dining. We have no issues spending top dollar for a delicious dining experience. We have been known to drop 400 to 500 dollar tab for the three of us dining out. When you are spending $92 for a ribeye steak without the bone, when you ordered a bone in ribeye and you would expect the steak to be more than a Costco steak, is very disappointing. The other dinner with us had a hollandaise sauce that was thick as paste and it would not pour out of the serving dish. And, there are more issues with our dining experience than I want to relive. It was outstanding disappointing! We talked to the manager and one of our meals were comped but, we would have preferred an outstanding dining experience. All I can say is diners be warned.

Typical steakhouse = overpriced for food that is fair at best. Had the ribeye which was tasteless and a filet that was ok. Service was fine. Nothing special about this place.
