The Carriage House Restaurant in the F.M. Kirby Carriage House is open for Pre-Performance and Post-Matinee dining. Two Course Prix Fixe lunch and Three Course Prix Fixe dinners are available two and half hours prior to most Main Stage Performances and after all Matinee Performances at the Paper Mill Playhouse. Reservations are strongly recommended. Check PaperMill.org for scheduling and ticket availability. Sample Menus are linked on PaperMill.org/Restaurant.

An eclectic a la carte menu and desserts is available only in the Bar and Loft area; walk up service recommended for our bar areas, reservations available. Our full bar offers premium spirits, fresh fruit sangria, and a stunning selection of interesting wines by the glass or bottle.

    The food and service are exemplary. I enjoy dining at The Carriage House whenever I go to The Paper Mill Playhouse. The staff is accommodating of allergies and special requests. The chef always comes out to the dining room to ensure that the food was acceptable. It always is.

    Have been here before but not in a while. Had a fantastic pre show lunch before White Christmas. Food was delicious. Waitress was outstanding. Ambiance is lovely. I thoroughly enjoy dining here.

    Festively Decorated for the Christmas Holidays. Can't be more convenient then to literally be next door to Papermill Playhouse. Service outstanding thanks to Giovanna. Started with Holiday Cocktails - Maple Old Fashioned and White Christmas Martini - Creamy Parsnip and Hazlenut Soup was delicious and perfect start on a chilly night. My wife and I both enjoyed the Braised Short Ribs - melted in your mouth. Capped it all off with an after dinner drink and on to the show. Chef checked in on us and told us about upcoming events in January which we will surely attend.

    Our dining at The Kirby Carriage House was an excellent experience following the matinee of White Christmas at the PaperMill Playhouse. Wonderful themed cocktails and beautifully prepared and plated entrees added to a lovely celebration for us. Our server was first rate, and we look forward to returning soon!

    As always the fiod was delicious. The Parsnip - Hazelnut soup is a culinary masterpiece. Due to it being a sold out show for White Christmas the restaurant was very crowded today for the matinee making the experience more noisy than usual

    Always order the shrimp cocktail (which is extra). Jumbo size and very fresh. Always order the pot pie, which I love. Outstanding wait staff and we were greeted by the chef, which was a lovely gesture. Hope the planned renovation of the restaurant does not alter the ambiance of the dining rooms.
