   Restaurante familiar, excelente servicio , La comida muy rica , platos con con cantidades enormes . Con un plato de pasta comen 3 personas fácilmente si pides alguna entrada que también son enormes.

   The person that was supposed to call my name so that I can be seated to enjoy a family style meal, left my guest and I standing in the lobby. Time and time again, we heard other guests being called so that they could enjoy their meal(s). We arrived on time and we checked in with a reservation. No one asked why we were still standing around. I had to ask the person who checked us in if they could ask how long we would have to wait. She knew we had reservations but didn’t remind her co-workers that we were waiting. She walked up to the person that was supposed to seat us. She interrupted the person that was supposed to seat us laughing and talking session with the other coworkers so my guest and I could be seated. She sat us at our table in with no apologies offered . My waiter was awesome. That made up for me feeling like I didn’t belong . I would still eat here… The food was phenomenal!

   Customer service and food at its finest! The staff were extraordinary and went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. The food was chef's kiss! The lasagna was the best I have ever had. Will be returning! The wait staff were so accommodating and treated us like movie stars!

   Today I celebrated my birthday at carmines, A restaurant that I always wanted to go to for a while, I had a great time, my only bad points were. My friends and I arrived on time and it took about 15 minutes to sit at our table and the waiter took a long time to serve us (which I understand is a very busy place but then they should hire more staff), but after all, I had an excellent time, the food and drinks were very good, I would definitely go back to the restaurant.

   The place is great, it was a good experience overall. However, despite the low temperature outside, inside it was extra-hot. We ordered wine which came at room temperature, served in glasses warm from recent hot-washing. You serve red wine at 17C give or take. I would say the temperature of our wine was 24C, at least. Then we wanted to order desert. The desert size was ideal for four persons, but we were a couple. So my suggestions are to be more attentive with how they serve wine and perhaps offer half portions of desert so that smaller parties can also enjoy them

   Portions are insanely huge and we were a group of 4. Go hungry or with a bigger group. We ordered Spiedini ala Romana as an appy and it was very good. Our shared entrees were chicken cutlet parm which was very good but warm to room temp and our Rigatoni Bolognese was mediocre and cold. Service was terribly slow and food came to table after an hour wait. The food was good but not hot at all, lukewarm- I think the server forgot to see if our food was out of the kitchen and ready to be brought to our table. Our reservation was at 3:30 and our entrees came at 5pm on a Sunday night. Our servers were nice but maybe too busy/understaffed.
