   Our family has celebrated the holiday season the past few years at Carlo and Johnny's. We always receive the best service. Christopher, our waiter this year, was so upbeat and had the best personality. The food, as always, was fabulous. We tried the sushi this year and was not disappointed. We look forward to continuing this tradition with our family.

   I had my anniversary there and had distasteful service. It started off with waiting 15-20 minutes to be greeted and receive water after sitting down. Then, it took them over an hour to bring out one steak, and the waitress just never included us in on what was going on. In the 3+ hours we were there, we ordered 2 small plates and one steak to share, and I'm pretty sure the waitress came to us maybe three times the whole night. And then the cherry on top was us asking for the check at the end of the night because we didn't know how long it would take her and we wanted to leave, and her offering us free dessert, and then bringing back the dessert and not the check and running off...I don't know. I know that was a run on sentence but I just don't know how else to describe it. It was the incompetence and unsatisfying experience that did it for me. I'm sorry, but if you're going to rep yourself as a fancy restaurant with $100 steaks and $50 glasses of wine, the service has to be at that level as well. #bootlegboca

   Adrian was very attentive and lead our guests to make delicious decisions. Steaks and desserts were all outstanding. Never a poor experience at Carlo & Johnny. We’ll be back soon!

   Service was iffy and slow. The food was ok. I'm not sure if the place changed or I've just eaten more places to compare it to. In my memory Jeff Ruby restaurants were the best steaks I ever had. Last night there was nothing wrong they just were nothing special. It was like 20 other steak houses I had eaten at. At the end of the night we asked to get carrots to go and they forgot to bring them. Honestly the carrots were the only pleasant surprise we had. Overall just fine but not worth the money.

   I have been going to Carlo Johnnys for over 20 years. The service and the food are always exceptional. This was a Sunday night, It was a business dinner. Our first table was a little disappointing. We were seated directly behind the water and drink station. They did move our table into a different room, which was much better. I do feel the attentiveness was a little lacking as to what we used to at this restaurant overall everything was delicious. The desserts were exquisite. and our server was wonderful .

    Megan our server was amazing all the away around. Ty hat includes other staff that helped make the experience smooth. We do not come here very often but for very special occasions but you make us feel so welcome! Thank you!
