Service was really slow, took about 10 minutes to get us water after we sat down and food took well over an hour to come out. Food was very average.
Prices were reasonable, ambiance was pleasant, and the waitress was very nice. Definitely a nice date night spot, but not anything to rave home about from the food or speed of service perspective.

The food was mediocre The salad that comes with the dinner was warm wilted lettuce Something I’ve never experienced I asked to try a wine before ordering a glass and was charged $2 to sip it
I think you can find somewhere else in Salt Lake to eat

We enjoyed our food and the ambience. We have dined here before. The service was very rushed. They were not trying to turn the table. There were many empty tables and no one waiting to be seated. My wife only ate a bite of bread with her salad and planned to eat more with her main course but the waiter tried to remove the bread with late with bread on it shortly after serving it. We were only midway through our main course when the server asked if we wanted dessert. I told him we would decide after we finished the course he had just served. He brought our check while my wife was still eating. They weren’t closing so I don’t know why he was in such a big hurry. Very unprofessional.

The food was well prepared and very flavorful. Our waitress was both knowledgeable and helpful. I was very impressed that despite a large group having a celebration the kitchen managed that with ease and everyone was served in a timely and attentive manner. The bread pudding dessert was unusual with its use of cherries and dark chocolate. Highly recommended. The rolled chicken was a standout. The chicken was moist and every bite was an explosion of well balanced flavors.
