   The staff was immaculate. Our greeter Miriam was well prepared and the server Michael was very engaging and attentive. Nice touch with the excellent guitar player who was a master of every genre. And the food was scrumptious. You made me look like I knew how to pick a restaurant to my family visiting from New Zealand. Thanks for everything.

   I took a few friends to dinner here to celebrate birthdays. They are lobster lovers and I am a King crab fan. The food for the most part was good my friends enjoyed the lobster. Service was adequate but not stellar. Towards the end I had to wave down waiters to refill my champagne glass and no one refilled my water glass unless I asked. I’ll be back next month with a friend that is a seafood lover. I’m looking forward to better service.

   We went specifically for the unlimited crab legs . We sampled some of the other food but we just went after seafood .

   Everything was excellent but the host was rude and questioned our reservations, and they seamed short staffed since we had to call our waiter every time we needed refills.

   This was my third time coming to Café Sierra. I really enjoy the hospitality the food and great music. I celebrated my birthday on February 8 with 20 Guests we had so much fun.

   We parked at the hotel and restaurant validates parking. We had a reservation and we waited about 5 to 10 minutes to be seated. There is plenty of food and despite the amount of people, we were able to get food right away. Choices ranged from lobster, crab legs, steak, scallops, sashimi, sushi, pizza… Good variety of side dishes fried rice, dumplings, mashed potatoes, salads, Brussels sprouts… Wide variety of desserts from cakes, chocolate fountain to crepes made to order. Waitress was attentive and soft drinks were included. We will definitely be going back.

    Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at this exceptional seafood buffet, and I can confidently say it deserves every bit of its five-star rating! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the seafood. I indulged in **two whole lobsters**, which were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The **king crab legs** were also a standout, tender and sweet, making each bite a delight. The **shrimp cocktail** was fresh and well-presented, adding a refreshing touch to the meal. As if the seafood selection wasn’t enough, I also enjoyed **lamb chops** and **prime rib**. Both were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavor. The variety offered was impressive, catering to all tastes. To cap off the feast, I ventured to the dessert bar, which was equally impressive. I savored **ice cream**, **cheesecake**, and **churros**, all of which were delicious and a perfect ending to the meal. Overall, this seafood buffet exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality of the food, the variety, unlimited wine and the overall experience made for a memorable evening. I can’t wait to return and indulge in more of their incredible offerings!
