   Disappointed. We have been waiting to go here for years and wanted great steaks. We love Surf (sister restaurant) but Buckley’s didn’t live up to the hype. Service was great but ordered a filet medium rare and it was served overcooked and gray. Ordered a rib eye medium and it arrived cold and rare and partially blue. They provided another filet (arrived medium or more) was better than the first, and they recooked the rib eye and there was still parts that were so rare we left it behind. Was really sad way to spend our anniversary and it’s too bad that they couldn’t seem to get these steaks right. Once in a lifetime experience I suppose since I don’t think we will be back. The manager checked in and apologized and they provided a free dessert to go, but I really wanted a great steak.

   The food and service here has always been top shelf. We love Buckley's. This is likely our favorite dinner spot.

   As always an amazing meal. Table of 4. We all had the surf and turf. Two with lobster and 2 had the stuffed shrimp. We all agreed it was an amazing meal. Can't wait to go back.

   Buckley’s never fails. The place was hopping on NYE. The atmosphere, food and service were all exceptional from our warm welcome at the front door to our good byes of wishing us a HNY! Even though our reservation got pushed back, the manager on duty stepped in with apologizes, an after dinner drink of their limoncello and a gift card for our next visit. Overall a lovely night.

   Arrived on time for 730 reservation waited 15 minutes to be seated. Seated in one of small rooms. It was NYE so expected delays. Waitress was friendly but had several tables. Had to ask for bread after about 20 minutes from ordering meal. Food was wonderful and cooked to perfection. Dessert was yummy. Walked out exactly 2 hours after being seated. Overall great experience. Have been several times so we will go back.

   We love Buckleys. One of our favorite places to eat, especially on a special occasion. It was New Year’s Eve, so the place was packed which definitely impacted the quality of service. The noise level was high. Onion rings are to die for and a must try. My rib eye was cooked to perfection. A table of 4, we shared a couple of desserts. Unfortunately the blueberry crisp was hard, seemed like it was a leftover that was microwaved. Waitress was kind enough to comp it.

   Wonderful dining experience with friends for New Years. Full menu plus specials. Waitstaff was attentive and we did not feel rushed even though it was a busy night. Enjoyed our dinner and will be back for sure.

   I usually love it here, but last night my food was awful. I got the buttermilk chicken and it came out later than the other guests, and it didn’t look like buttermilk fried chicken? I went to cut it and even with a steak knife, it was hard to cut. I took one bite and have never eaten chicken with that texture!!!! It was like a rubber ball. Everyone at the table tried it and was horrified. It was something I have never in my life tasted???? I was so disappointed. But the service was perfect as always.

    First timer. Food was excellent. beef Stroganoff for me....Steak tips for my date. Waitress was good....but sometimes didn't listen.... and was busy selling the menu rather than letting us choose. But overall, all was excellent...!!
