Brüdigams has existed in the heart of Eimsbüttel since 2011 and has been run by chef Marco Krüger and co-owner Laura Gsellmann since September 2020. Here, upscale bistro cuisine meets a cozy, personal ambience. As far as possible, regional, seasonal products are served without frills, but with a sophisticated kitchen standard. We like it extraordinary and down-to-earth at the same time. The heart of every restaurant is the kitchen, they say ... However, for us a good meal also includes familiar, uncomplicated and professional service, which makes the evening an all-round successful experience.

    Wir wurden außerordentlich zuvorkommend empfangen. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist sehr angenehm und ruhig, sodass man sich gut unterhalten kann. Das Essen ist geschmackvoll zubereitet und die Zutaten sind von hoher Qualität. Wir haben den Abend im Restaurant sehr genossen.

    Der Service war sehr freundlich und professionell zu gleich, absolut Top! Die Speisen (2x Fischsuppe - ein hauch zu salzig, 2x Tatar - hätte etwas mehr Würze vertragen, ist aber individuell) waren sehr lecker und toll angerichtet.
