The Broken Bit is...

A classic American Cowboy steakhouse with a unique dining experience that combines contemporary American Cuisine with a Western Flare. The Broken Bit is located in Quartz Hill, a small community that takes pride in its country western heritage and lends itself to cowboys and cowgirls riding horses down the streets.

The Broken Bit uses only premium aged USDA All Natural Black Angus Steaks, free of Hormones and Antibiotics. Our Steaks are hand cut and seasoned with our Broken Bit Steak Spice then grilled over oak slowly searing the meat in its own juices while adding a mild smoke flavor. We also offer a wide selection of other items such as: Fresh Seafood, Chicken and Lamb Chops.

We take pride in serving exceptional food and highly sought after small batch Whiskey with unrivaled western hospitality. In fact, we make it our mission at the Broken Bit to serve you with the best of everything we have to offer.

The steaks were not at all as good as we have had before. Very disappointed considering the amount of money we spent on dinner. Maybe they have a new cook? Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Delicious food, great service definitely coming back! The tomahawk steak excellent well seasoned! Mac n cheese was super creamy cheesy and rich! Beef stroganoff divine Drinks were made nice and strong! This is truly a hidden gem! You’re welcome :)

Unbelievable and fabulous ELK that is unavailable elsewhere and was accompanied with a exceptional sause and delicious sides. My wife started the ELK entree with a large delicious wedge salad. This was one of the many excellent dining experience we enjoy at Broken Bit. My dining experience included a Plain Pork Chop and instead of the Whiskey Pork Chop sides I substituted a Baked potato, unfortunately we we charge separately for the baked potato even though we substituted all the sides that came with the WHISKEY PORK CHOP and unfortunately they took the regular Pork Cop off the menu. Otherwise it was one of the best experiences we have encountered at the BROKEN BIT.
