    Everything was very tasty. We had the ribeye lobster bisque chop salad mashed potatoes and of course the hula pie. Service was excellent.

    The food and drink were top notch. Had a very nice and attentive waiter. A little pricey but worth it for a special occasion. The portions were huge! Lots of leftovers. We were not rushed at all. Some folks mentioned it was a little dark but once your eyes adjusted it was fine and elegant.

    Reserved a quiet booth for two on Thanksgiving day. Not wanting the typical turkey dinner we ordered from the regular menu. Scallops, steak, strawberry salad with salmon all very tasty. Service was top notch. Not our first visit, not our last.

    We've had many lunches and dinners at Blue Grillhouse in Bethlehem, PA over the years. Our latest dinner there was just a bit disappointing. My husband and I each felt our food was slightly over salted and it seemed we were always waiting on our server. However, this in no way will deter us from going back.

    We had such a great experience. The Perfect and Proper Manhattan's were both quite PERFECT. We took advantge of the specials....the Beef Wellington and Veal Parm were outstanding. Never a bad idea to finish with a great piece of chocolate cake. Service was exceptional, all around A+ dining experience.

    We both had filet Wellington, a special for the day. It was perfectly prepared with an extremely flavorful sauce. Expensive but worth it. We love this restaurant for special occasions.
