   The service to get a table was fast we only waited 5 minutes even though there was 15 or more people waiting.

   Restaurant didn’t appear overly busy, but we had a very slow server and inattentive. She checked on us a few times and asked how we were, but it was always in between courses. Never checked on food satisfaction and we had to ask hostels to get our drinks refilled. Manager actually took our drink order and said our server was very busy. Did not see that or our server appropriately. Food was great though, bar personnel were great also.

   Always can count on getting great food at Black Angus! Food is always hot and delicious. Service is usually very good! Our service last night was AWESOME.

   Great food and staff. All the meats and drinks were great. The sides needed a little more flavor than typical sides, maybe a little more dynamic to make each side unique and fun rather than plainness and bland. Regardless, it’s still one of the best tasing prime rib I’ve had in Bakersfield! Keep it up! 4.7 out of 5!

   Made reservations online, but still had to wait. Ordered special occasion balloon and cowboy cookie, but never received. Service was very slow throughout the dinner.

    We had an outstanding dining experience here. The salads were fresh and tasty. Their lobster, filet ,shrimp and ribs were the best we encountered on a two week trip at multiple restaurants. We had excellent service and a quiet dining environment. Their chef is highly recommended. We had tasty desserts to go that extended our dining experience. Well done in all aspects.
